Use only as directed. For external use only. Avoid direct contact with the eyes and nostrils.

When used on very young children, use only under adult supervision.

This is not intended to bring down temperature. If your child is flushed or sweaty they may have a fever. It is therefore important to check their temperature.

If your child has a headache, or rash, or your child's temperature is over 39c you must seek medical advice.
Otherwise keep your child cool and give regular paracetamol to reduce the temperature.

If your child's condition worsens, or new symptoms develop, seek medical advice. Contact your GP if you experience side effects or allergic reactions.

The Gel sheet will not stick to skin if the skin is wet, or if the gel sheet comes into contact with hair or clothing.
